Deleted Scene From SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME Shows Sweet Moment Between Peter and MJ
We’ve got a sweet little deleted scene from Spider-Man: Far From Home that shows Peter Parker and MJ on their flight home from Europe. The two have fallen asleep on each other’s shoulders and awake to share a moment before falling back to sleep. After Parker gets off the plane, Aunt May is there to greet him while trying not to get a ticket at the airport curb. She hands peter a bag of bagels, and he asks what she thinks of his new sunglasses. While she’s a little skeptical of the new look, he explains that they were Tony’s, and she softens, knowing what they must mean to him. She says, “You’ll grow into them.”
It’s a cool scene that I’m glad we get to see even though it didn’t end up in the film. And now that we know Marvel is back in the Spider-Man game, we can stop stressing about the fate of the character and just get excited for the third movie, which is set to hit theaters on July 16th, 2021.
