Delightful Video of Mister Rogers Explaining How He Makes His Puppets Talk

I’ve got a delightful clip for you to watch from a 1984 episode of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. This show was a staple of my childhood and it’s sad that kids these days don’t have a great guy like this on TV for them to watch.

In it, Fred Rogers pulls out each of his iconic puppets from “The Neighborhood of Make-Believe” from his suit case and introduces who they were and how he gave them each their unique voice.

After talking about how some things are only pretend, Mister Rogers takes out each of the puppets and shows that he is the one that makes them move and talk.

I love this, and I hope you enjoy it as well.
