DEMON SLAYER Season 3 Premiere Will Get a Theatrical Release!
I’ve got some exciting news for all of you Demon Slayer fans out there! The upcoming Season 3 premiere of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Swordsmith Village will get a full-on “World Tour” theatrical release!
The theatrical run will include the tenth and eleventh episode from Season 2’s Entertainment District Arc as well as the Season 3 premiere, which is an hour long. I love that we’re going to get to enjoy Demon Slayer on the big screen again!
This theatrical event will take place in the United States and Canada beginning on March 3rd, with an early premiere in Los Angeles, California on February 18th. The LA premiere will also bring guests including the voice of Japan's Tanjiro, Natsuki Hanae, along with producer Yuma Takahashi and a performance from Aimer.
The theatrical run will also hit Paris, Berlin, Mexico City, Seoul, and Taipei and will also feature a two-day event to get fans prepped for the return of the Demon Slayer Corps.
The Official Demon Slayer Twitter account made the announcement of the screening event, which is called “World Tour Jōei: Kimetsu no Yaiba Jōgen Shūketsu, Soshite Katanakaji no Sato e" or “Demon Slayer: The Upper Ranks Gather and Onward to the Swordsmith Village”, and the third season is set to begin its TV run in April 2023!
