Dennis Quaid Has to Land a Plane to Save His Family in Trailer for ON A WING AND A PRAYER
Amazon has released a trailer for its upcoming plane survival film, On a Wing and a Prayer, which is based on a true story about a terrifying flying incident. In the film, Dennis Quaid is forced into a situation where he has to safely land a small plane with his family in it after the pilot dies.
The synopsis reads: “In this extraordinary true story of faith and survival, On a Wing and a Prayer follows passenger Doug White’s (Quaid) harrowing journey to safely land a small private plane and save his entire family from insurmountable danger, after their pilot dies unexpectedly mid-flight.”
The movie also stars Heather Graham, Jesse Metcalfe, Jessi Case, and Abigail Rhyne. It was directed by Sean McNamara (P.U.N.K.S., Race to Space, Bratz, Dangerous Game: The Legacy Murders). The movie definitely looks like a very formulaic movie, but there are a lot of people that enjoy these movies!
Amazon will release On a Wing and a Prayer on Prime Video starting April 7th, 2023.
