DESTINY 2's "Trials Of Osiris" Trailer and Screenshots
IT’S BACK! “Trials of Osiris” is coming back next season. It will start on March 13th. For all you PVP players, it is time to come back to the Traveler and meet your fate. There were a lot of things shown in this trailer. I can’t explain every little thing, I’ll let xHOUNDISHx explain that down below along with his explanation of the Director’s Cut that was recently dropped which talks about the current state, some past thoughts and ideas for the future.
I am very excited. The armor looks amazing. Especially that glow that will come to those guardians that achieve a flawless run for the week. The weapons look great, especially that Rasputin looking sword from the Season of the Worthy teaser image (that is thrown in with the various screenshots). I think that the return of pinnacle PVP content is overdue, but I am happy nonetheless. I’d rather it come back late, but good, instead of soon and bad. The matches will be power enabled, which is reasonable for this activity being an end-game level PVP mode. Also, matchmaking will be based on connection and card-state matchmaking. This means that your team will fight against players who have won or lost around the same number of rounds as you have, making those last few wins extremely intense and high stakes for all players.
In the screenshots below, we can also see some possible new perks, new exotics, and the returning stages. I am thrilled to have these old stages come back. I hope a new map will come out too, something on the moon or Mars, but I wouldn’t be overly upset if we only got these three new/returning maps.
