Details on The Post-Credits Scene That Was Cut From Marvel's HAWKEYE

The post-credits scene that was included at the end of Hawkeye was a bit of a disappointment for a lot of fans. Fans were hoping for something more, something that might tease the future of the MCU in regards to the characters the series revolved around, but that didn’t happen. Instead we got a full musical scene from Rogers: The Musical, which I didn’t need to see again.

Anyway, there was another scene that was shot for the post-credits scene which ended up being cut. That scene expanded on the truck that was shrunk down by a Pym arrow that was fired off by Kate. That truck contained members of the Tracksuit Mafia truck, and after it was shrunk an Owl swooped in a carried it away.

In a tweet shared by Elaina Scott, a senior animator at Digital Domain who also worked on the VFX for the series, she talked about the owl that Clint had met earlier while stuck in the Rockefeller Center’s Christmas tree, saying, “The post-credits of the finale of Hawkeye was meant to have the owl taking the bros to its nest.” Scott added, “Kinda sad they cut it. Would have been hilarious!!”

I would’ve much rather saw that.
