DEXTER: RESURRECTION Officially Casts Franchise Veterans James Remar, David Zayas and Jack Alcott
Dexter: Resurrection is officially bringing back three franchise veterans to help tell this follow-up story. David Zayas, James Remar, and Jack Alcott have all been cast in series regular roles in the upcoming Paramount+ with Showtime drama. They will appear alongside Michael C. Hall, who will reprise his starring role of Dexter Morgan.
Zayas will once again play Detective Angel Batista, while Remar will play Dexter’s father, Harry Morgan, the roles they played in the original Dexter. Alcott will play Harrison Morgan, Dexter’s son, who first appeared in the sequel series Dexter: New Blood in 2021.
Production on Dexter: Resurrection is set to begin in January with a planned debut in the summer. No specific plot details are available for the sequel series.
