Did You Catch This Ridiculously Obscure Reference in BATMAN V SUPERMAN?

There are plenty of Easter Eggs and references to the DC Universe (and beyond) in Zack Snyder's controversial Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but there's one shout-out so obscure it took fans until now to notice it.

A hole in the glass shaped like the Canadian province where Superman's co-founder was born? There's no way that's on purpose, right? Turns out, set photographer Clay Enos says otherwise:
