DIGIMON ADVENTURE: Appears to Use the Same Characters as DIGIMON ADVENTURE with Some Potential Twists
Toei Animation is a legendary anime studio from Japan and they recently shared a teaser for a new Digimon series called Digimon Adventure:. This series sounds interesting because it sounds like it’s returning to the same characters as the original Digimon series, Digimon Adventure, but they’re putting some twists in there. I’m not sure how accurate this is, but my browser automatically translated all of Taichi’s pronouns as female. Is this one change or is my software failing (I would not be surprised)? I’m really intrigued to see how this different take on the same characters will end up. Could this be the best way to continue a series? Take a series people are nostalgic for and modify it? It’s not unheard of. What kinds of changes would you want to see them make?
