DIGIMON SURVIVE Gets a Release Date for July in New Trailer

Bandai Namco recently dropped a new trailer for Digimon Survive which included a release date. The trailer showed fans the hybrid visual novel and tactical RPG gameplay that they can expect. I’m very torn on this. I have learned that I can be very picky about my visual novel games, so hopefully the tactical RPG elements help it work more for me. I think it’s also cool the more terrifying approach the game seems to be taking to the world of Digimon.

DIGIMON SURVIVE sends players to a mysterious world filled with dangerous monsters and deadly battles that will test their ability to survive. Stepping into the shoes of protagonist Takuma Momozuka, players will have the ability to directly impact the outcome of their adventure via a variety of potentially grim choices, including how their Digimon evolve, the way they bond with NPCs, and more.

You can play Digimon Survive on Nintendo Switch, PC (Steam), PS4, and Xbox One starting July 29. You can pre-order the game now and get Guilmon and HP Support Equipment as bonus content.
