Disney+ and Marvel Fans Come Up With Two Lists of Movies to Watch Ahead of AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY
Disney+ has released a list of movies fans can watch ahead of the release of Avengers: Doomsday that will give viewers the best context and story leading into this mighty battle. Some of the movies and series make sense, like X-Men, Loki, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, but there seem to be some omissions— namely Logan and The Marvels.
The movie The Marvels features a mid-credits scene in which Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) wakes up in an alternate universe's medical lab after sealing a tear in spacetime.
She reunites with a variant of her mother, Maria Rambeau, who goes by the superhero name Binary, and meets Kelsey Grammer’s X-Men character Beast. This is the scene that brings the X-Men to our universe! Why this is missing from the list is beyond me.
As for Logan, that film leads into Deadpool & Wolverine, which did make the list, so it also needs to be on it. But luckily another fan list has been released which seems to include all the absentees. Check them both out below, and let us know if you would make any adjustments.
