Disney+ Announces DISNEY GALLERY: THE MANDALORIAN 'Making of Season 2; Two Hour Special
Disney+ has officially announced the second installment of its Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, and it will be a two hour long special titled “Making of Season Two.”
The Mandalorian Season 2 has been quite a spectacular and emotional journey for Star Wars fans, and this new installment of Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, offers fans “unprecedented access to the storytelling decisions and innovations that went into the second season” as the filmmakers and cast discuss what went into bringing these episodes to life.
The special will also include “immersive on-set footage that places viewers right in the middle of the filmmaking process, and rare insights from the cast and crew, this special documentary explores the production of all 8 episodes in season two – from early concept art through the groundbreaking technology introduced in the series.”
The Mandalorian is executive produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson. Karen Gilchrist serves as co-executive producer. The directing lineup for Season 2 includes Robert Rodriguez, Peyton Reed, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, Dave Filoni, Carl Weathers, and Jon Favreau.
The “Making of Season Two” special premieres Friday, December 25th, only on Disney+.
