Premiere Months Announced For THE MANDALORIAN Season 2, WANDAVISION, and THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER

Disney CEO Bob Iger has announced the premiere months for three of the highly anticipated shows coming to Disney+.

Star Wars fans will be happy to learn that Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni’s The Mandalorian Season 2 will return in October 2020. Then there’s Marvel’s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which will premiere in August, while WandaVision will make its big debut on in December.

Iger also revealed that the Disney+ streaming service now has 28.6 million paying subscribers, which is pretty damn impressive. I’m sure that number will grow even more once those Marvel shows start streaming.

It looks like Disney’s very own streaming service has paid off! Iger said in a statement that, “The decision that we made to go with quality and not just volume is working.” I’m pretty confident that with all of the film and series projects coming to Disney+, it will retain most of those subscribers.

Are there any of you that are still holding off until there is more content? I have a couple of kids living at home, so Disney+ is being used all the time in my home.
