Disney Releases Gorgeous Poster For BEAUTY AND THE BEAST
Disney has released a new poster for their live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast and as you can see, it's really quite beautiful. It perfectly captures the magic of the story and even pays homage to the original poster released for the classic animated film. I imagine we'll be getting a full trailer really soon, so stay tuned for that!
Beauty and the Beast was directed by Bill Condon (Dream Girls, Mr. Holmes), and it has an impressive cast that includes Emma Watson as Belle, Luke Evans as Gaston, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, Dan Stevens as the Beast, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Josh Gad as Le Fou, and more.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is a live-action re-telling of the studio’s animated classic which refashions the classic characters from the tale as old as time for a contemporary audience, staying true to the original music while updating the score with several new songs. “Beauty and the Beast” is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle’s enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within.
