Disney+ Said to Be Developing MUPPET SHOW Reboot With Josh Gad
Disney’s new streaming service, Disney+, just keeps rolling out new information on content for their service to get fans excited for its premiere. Everyone is already buzzing about the first live-action Star Wars series, The Mandalorian, being brought to us by Jon Favreau, as well as the multiple Marvel series, one focusing on the character Loki, and one on Vision and Scarlet Witch. So much to look forward to! And now we have even more to be excited about.
Disney+ has announced that a new Muppet series is in the works, and is being created by actor Josh Gad, who is the total package when it comes to acting, singing, dancing, and theater experience, so that makes perfect sense. He is working alongside Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, who brought us Once Upon a Time. The site Season Zero reported that Muppets Live Another Day is on the Disney+ roster, and I am really excited! The Muppets is a franchise that I feel has never really gone wrong. My husband, kids and I all really enjoy the original shows, the early movies, and the most recent ones, as well as each iteration of Muppet Babies even! And with Gad on board, this is definitely on the right track.
