Disney Unveils New Adaptive Roleplay Costumes Just In Time For Halloween

Halloween is a great holiday designed so well to align with many kid interests, dressing up to play pretend and eating candy. But not all kids can dress up as easily as others. Luckily, Disney has come out with more adaptive roleplay costumes of some of their beloved characters so that kids with special needs can join in the fun just as easily as kids that don’t have those needs. New to the lineup this year are Jasmine, Woody, and Buzz Lightyear. Of those Buzz is definitely my favorite with the rocket ship designed to accommodate a wheelchair. Hands down my favorite of their overall lineup though is the Cinderella’s Coach. Such a simple concept but it’s executed so well. You can browse through the full collection of adaptive costumes here. Which one is your favorite?
