DISNEY VILLAINS is a New TV Series in Development for Disney+
We all knew that Disney+ was going to bring all kinds of new and original Disney-themed shows and movies. They’ve got to fill that thing with great content for their fans and subscribers! So on top of all the Marvel and Star Wars shows we’ll be seeing, we are going to see a show that puts the focus on the Disney villains and that series is called… well, Disney Villains.
The news comes from Production Weekly, who also reports that the show is being developed by Steve Pearlman (Once Upon A Time) and Michael Seitzman (Quantico). As of right now there are no plot or story details. There’s also no word on which Disney villains the series will focus on, but it will be interesting to see what comes of the show.
I actually kind of hope that it’s an anthology series where each season will focus on a different Disney villain. The series is scheduled to start production in the second quarter of 2020.
