Disturbing New Images From Danny Boyle's 28 YEARS LATER

CinemaCon was in full effect last week and there was a ton of movie news popping up. This one just seemed to leak out to the universe under our noses. Bloody Disgusting has released some new images from the much anticipated sequel 28 Years Later.

There really isn’t much information that you can derive from these, other than the fact they are new and new is fun. The images show Jamie (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and who we assume to be his son Spike (Alfie Williams) as they leave the relative safety of their island to traverse the mainland for something. Like I said, not much info is given, but I am still excited.

The film’s synopsis reads: “It's been almost three decades since the rage virus escaped a biological weapons laboratory, and now, still in a ruthlessly enforced quarantine, some have found ways to exist amidst the infected.

“One such group of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single, heavily-defended causeway. When one of the group leaves the island on a mission into the dark heart of the mainland, he discovers secrets, wonders, and horrors that have mutated not only the infected but other survivors as well.”
