A new trailer has been released for the upcoming Cult of the Lamb, a game in which you will build your very own cult. Save from sacrifice by The One Who Waits, you are compelled to build a loyal following in his name. Will you be a benevolent leader, or rule with an iron hoof?

The trailer delves into the myriad of ways you can manipulate your followers into following you to the ends of the earth. Everything from reeducation and destroying heretics to marrying one or more cult followers. This game looks absolutely ridiculous and incredibly fun, there are so many different options for leading your cult there will definitely be a lot of replay value with this one.

Cult of the Lamb will release August 11 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. If you preorder the game on Steam now you can even unlock the Cthulhu follower skin.
