DOCTOR STRANGE: 3 Candidates for The Ancient One
Now that Benedict Cumberbatch has been officially announced as Doctor Strange we eagerly await news on the rest of the cast. Despite the film not being an origin story, Yoa, the Ancient One who is the mentor to Steven Strange is said to be in the movie. Latino-Review reports that their sources say that three actors are candidates for the role, namely Morgan Freeman, Bill Nighy, and Ken Watanabe. I think any one of these actors is more than capable, and it's going to come down to chemistry with Cumberbatch and director Scott Derrickson's vision for the character.
