DOCTOR STRANGE Director Scott Derrickson Has Left Twitter

The celebrity exodus of Twitter continues. Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson is the most recent filmmaker to leave the social network in the aftermath of James Gunn's firing. 

Derrickson has a tweet pinned to the top his Twitter account that reads, "twitter is hell", so it seems he hasn't had the best experience with the social media network. But, the director can still be found on Instagram. That's where he made the announcement that he has left Twitter.

I imagine the firing of Gunn over those old tweets that resurfaced were the final straw for Derrickson and gave him the final excuse to leave Twitter. You can see his post below. I imagine Derrickson won't be the last.
