Doctor Strange Wears Iron Man's Armor in AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Set Photo
A few months ago some concept art surfaced of Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange wearing Iron Man’s armor. The concept art was included in the book Marvel's Avengers: Endgame - The Art of the Movie.
Well, today we actually have a cool photo from the set of Avengers: Infinity War that was shared by screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely during a watch party for the film. That photo features Doctor Strange wearing Iron Man’s armor! This was a scene that was actually shot for the film but didn’t end up in the final cut.
The scene in the film where Strange would have worn the armor would have taken place when Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and Spider-Man (Tom Holland) jump on board Ebony Maw's Q-Ship to rescue Strange. McFeely said, "So, there were other versions of this rescue. Some were just too awesome (and long) to keep. But still, one can dream..."
