DOCTOR WHO Christmas Special 2015 Gets Its Official Trailer: "The Husbands of River Song"
Following the final episode of Doctor Who series 9, "Hell Bent," we can now enjoy two new trailers and some really spectacular images to keep our interest and excitement alive for what is yet to come during the coldest months of the season.
BBC One surprised us with some enlightening videos for the show's 2015 Christmas special. Dubbed "The Husbands Of River Song," the episode promises that we'll experience some memorable TV moments as we are going to find out more about the Doctor’s wife, River Song (Alex Kingston).
It’s Christmas Day on a remote human colony and the Doctor is hiding from Christmas Carols and Comedy Antlers. But when a crashed spaceship calls upon the Doctor for help, he finds himself recruited into River Song’s squad and hurled into a fast and frantic chase across the galaxy. King Hydroflax (Greg Davies) is furious, and his giant Robot bodyguard is out-of-control and coming for them all! Will Nardole (Matt Lucas) survive? And when will River Song work out who the Doctor is?
"The Husbands Of River Song" is set to premiere on Christmas Day, just to make our day a bit more special.
