Dog the Bounty Hunter Bringing New Series DOG UNLEASHED to New Interactive Crime Streaming Service Called Unleashed!

Duane Chapman, better known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, is back in action with a new series coming to a brand new streamer. Chapman and his family have been doing bounty hunting for decades, and first gained popularity when they were featured on an episode of A&E’s series Take This Job, which got such great ratings it led to the family getting their own show entitled Dog The Bounty Hunter, in which cameras followed them on their searches to find the people who had stopped checking in and were running from the law. The show ran for eight seasons. The Chapman family was last seen on the 2019 10-episode series Dog’s Most Wanted, which chronicled more manhunts as well as well as Dog’s wife Beth’s final months in her battle with cancer.

Chapman is ready to get back on the streets now with a new series called Dog Unleashed, which is coming to a brand new streaming service called Unleashed!, which is being described by Deadline as “a new service that will allow fans of crime and justice entertainment, cutting-edge docudramas and reality TV viewers a 24-hour-a-day platform to stream their favorite shows and new exclusive content.”

The show provides everyday Americans with their own bounty hunter, with victims reaching out to Dog for help. In his new series, Dog steps away from hunting bail bond skips and commits his time to tracking down the worst of the worst criminal offenders America has to offer, from rapists to murderers to child molesters.

It will be good to see Dog the Bounty Hunter back on TV doing what he does best. In the last series, he said he stayed away from the more dangerous work at the request of his wife, but now that she has passed away, it seems like he is really upping his game.

The network Unleashed! will provide viewers with “a wide range of content from true crime, investigation, unscripted and documentaries, as well as live court programming, social commentary, and the ability to network friends and online contacts into content.” Unleashed! is being developed by chief business development officer Ivo Fischer, formerly of WME.
