Drew Goddard's X-FORCE Movie Will Reportedly Move Forward After the Disney and Fox Deal

The Disney and Fox deal has left the future of some movies, such as Doctor Doom, up in the air. However, DiscussingFilm reported in a tweet that the X-Force movie would press on and Drew Goddard is still attached to the project as writer and director.

I believe that most films that have been announced by Fox already will go forward without many changes, especially the ones connected to Deadpool. Deadpool was highly successful and Disney knows it. They’ve already said that they’re open to R-rated movies and I think that’s smart after the success of Deadpool and Logan.

X-Force looks like it will focus on Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool and Josh Brolin’s Cable “leading a Black Ops force of down and dirty mutant warriors who are far more ruthless than their X-Men counterparts.” I am expecting this film to be rated R just like Deadpool and Deadpool 2.
