DUTTON RANCH Teaser Trailer Drops and It’s Bringing More YELLOWSTONE Heat to Texas

The Yellowstone universe isn’t slowing down anytime soon, and now fans have their first taste of what’s next. Paramount+ has unveiled a teaser trailer for Dutton Ranch, a brand-new spinoff that shifts the action from Montana to South Texas.

If you thought the Dutton family drama was intense before, this next chapter looks ready to crank things up in a whole new setting.

Set to premiere on May 15th, 2026, the series reunites Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser as Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, picking up their story as they attempt to carve out a future away from the chaos they left behind. Of course, if you know anything about this franchise, peace and quiet isn’t exactly in the cards.

The teaser gives off a gritty, no-nonsense vibe, hinting at a brutal fight for survival in unfamiliar territory. Beth and Rip are putting everything on the line for a fresh start on a massive 7,000-acre ranch, but the land comes with its own dangers and enemies. A rival operation looms large, and it’s clear they’re not interested in sharing power.

The osynopsis reads: “Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) and Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) gamble everything on a new life in South Texas, but the promise of building a future far from the ghosts of Yellowstone quickly collides with brutal new realities and a rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire.”

That tension is front and center in the footage, and it looks like the show is doubling down on the franchise’s signature mix of family loyalty, violence, and power struggles.

There’s also a deeper emotional thread as Beth and Rip take on the responsibility of raising Carter and shaping him into the man he’s meant to become, which could add a new layer to their already complicated dynamic.

Alongside Reilly and Hauser, the series features Annette Bening, Ed Harris, Jai Courtney, Natalie Alyn Lind, Marc Menchaca, Juan Pablo Raba, and J. R. Villarreal.

Dutton Ranch comes from John Linson and Taylor Sheridan, the same creative force behind Yellowstone, with Chad Feehan serving as developer and showrunner.

Dutton Ranch is expanding the Yellowstone story while throwing Beth and Rip into a whole new war, and it looks like exactly what fans signed up for.
