Dwayne Johnson Shares a Funny "Badass" New Trailer For RAMPAGE
Dwayne Johnson had a little fun with the new "Badass" trailer for his upcoming action-adventure film Rampage.
“And when I say badassssss, I’m talking about badasssss. Those monsters don’t stop big daddy!”
Johnson introduces the trailer then breaks in at a few different moments to offers up some amusing commentary. It's definitely a different kind of trailer, but it's still a lot of fun. I also included a new trailer from China that offers a good amount of new footage for your viewing enjoyment.
Rampage looks like it's gonna be a fun popcorn flick and I'm excited about checking it out. Here's the synopsis:
Primatologist Davis Okoye (Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth. But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry transforms this gentle ape into a raging monster. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered alpha predators. As these newly created monsters tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to half a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.
The movie also stars Naomie Harris (Moonlight), Malin Akerman (Billions), Jake Lacy (Girls), Joe Manganiello (True Blood), and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (The Walking Dead).
Rampage is scheduled to open in theaters on April 20, 2018.
