Dwayne Johnson Teases "The Greatest Fight in the History of Movies" in His FAST AND THE FURIOUS Spinoff

Last week it was announced that Universal Pictures was starting development on a Fast and Furious spinoff film that would focus on Dwayne Johnson's Hobbs and Jason Statham's Deckard. Franchise writer Chris Morgan will write the script and Johnson took to Instagram to tease an epic showdown between Hobbs and Deckard. If you're a fan of the Fast and Furious franchise then this statement is sure to get you pumped up! He says:

"And finally, a very very special shout out to a certain bald headed , English tea drinkin', crumpets eatin', God Save The Queen singin' suuuuuum bitch, Jason Statham. One fine day, we will give the audience what they want and fight. And it will be the greatest fight in the history of movies. We will then drink like brothers as you nurse your wounds, because I'm gonna knock your teeth so far down your throat, you're gonna have to stick a toothbrush up your ass to brush 'em. Thanks for trusting me brotha and cheers to always having fun for [the] audience."

Johnson sure knows how to get his fans pumped up. The greatest fight in the history of movies!? Bring it on! I'm in. It looks like there's still going to be some reluctance with the partnership between these two characters if they'll once again be kicking each other's asses. 

These guys have such a great and fun dynamic in The Fate of the Furious and I'm looking forward to seeing their relationship explored further in a crazy new action-packed mission.
