Early Concept and Storyboard Art For FANTASTIC FOUR: RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER Shows Galactus and Lots of Cool Visuals

I’ve got a collection of cool early concept and storyboard art for you to check out that was created for director Tim Story’s 2007 Marvel film Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. It’s really interesting to see what they were trying to originally go for. There’s some visually awesome stuff to see here!

The art offers us alternate takes on the superhero team's costumes, their origin story, as well as different character designs for Doctor Doom and Galactus, who looks a lot more like the version of the comic book villain we were all hoping to see in the film. I hate that they ended up just making him a cloud of space dust.

As for the storyboards, they show off some unfilmed scenes, Doombots, and more. This movie could have actually been a decent film, but now it’s just one of those disappointing movies that you don’t really think about anymore or care to revisit.
