Ed Helms Joins Jennifer Garner in McG's Body Swap Comedy FAMILY LEAVE

Ed Helms (The Hangover, Together Together) is set to star alongside Jennifer Garner in the upcoming body swap comedy film Family Leave. The movie is being directed by McG (Terminator Salvation, The Babysitter), and it’s based on a book written by Amy Krouse Rosenthal, titled Bedtime for Mommy.

The story follows Jess and Bill Walker, “who are doing their best to keep their family connected as their children grow older, more independent, and more distant. When a chance encounter with an astrological reader causes the family to wake up to a full body switch, on the morning of the most important day of each of their lives, can the Walkers unite to land a promotion, college interview, record deal and soccer tryout?”

This is a story that we’ve already seen several times before, but maybe McG will do something different and unique with the familiar concept. We’ll see, but I’m sure the cast will make it fun!

The movie is being produced for Netflix, which is where McG has been making most of his films lately.
