Edgar Wright Is Planning to Bring SCOTT PILGRIM VS. THE WORLD Back to the Big Screen!

Not long ago, I showed my kids Edgar Wright’s Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World for the first time, and they absolutely loved it! I was actually surprised. They are so picky these days, I wasn’t sure how they would respond to it, but I’m happy they enjoyed. It’s such an insanely entertaining movie!

The director of the film recently participated in a watch party for it, and while tweeting during the watch party, he shared a few cool things. But one of the things I was most happy to hear was that he is planning on bringing the film back to theaters so fans can enjoy it on the film on the big screen again. It will also give others a chance to see it in theaters for the first time.

It’s been 10 years since the movie was originally released, and to celebrate that occasion, Wright revealed that he was planning the theatrical rerelease for August. That will probably change now, but Wright is still planning to make it happen someday.

Wright also shared a few of the unseen fake posters that Chris Evans’s movie star Lucas Lee starred in, which you can see below.

He also shared some fun storyboard art:
