Elijah Wood Set To Star a Ted Bundy Crime-Thriller NO MAN OF GOD
Elijah Wood is to star in an upcoming Ted Bundy crime-thriller titled No Man of God. He will be taking on the role of an FBI analyst who worked with Bundy after he was in prison.
The story is set largely in a single interrogation room, and it is based on the “real life transcripts culled from conversations between FBI analyst Bill Hagmaier (Wood) and serial killer Bundy that took place between 1984 and 1989. The film details the complicated relationship that formed between the two men during Bundy’s final years on death row.”
The movie will be directed by Amber Sealey (How Does It Start) from a script from Doctor Strange screenwriter C. Robert Cargill. Elijah Wood is also a producer on the film along with Daniel Noah, Lisa Whalen, and Kim Sherman. Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson is executive producing the movie, which is set up at XYZ films.
True crime stories have always fascinated me and No Man of God seems like it’ll make for an interesting film.
