Elizabeth Olsen Teases a 50s Style Aesthetic for Marvel's WANDAVISION Series

In a red carpet interview with Elizabeth Olsen at the Avengers: Endgame premiere, Variety was able to ask a couple of questions about the upcoming WandaVision series that will be coming to the streaming service Disney+ when it launches in November.

The interviewer asked Olsen where the name of the series comes from, because… that’s a real head scratcher? She offered up that it will star Wanda and Vision (duh), and it will pull its story from multiple comic books. She also mentioned that at the Disney+ Launch/Chat, a photo was shown of them (she and Paul Bettany, who plays Vision) from the ‘50s, which she says is a good teaser.

“It’s going to be Wanda and the Vision, and I think at the Disney+ launch chat they showed a photo of us in the 1950s’ and I think that’s a good teaser. It’s gonna be really fun, I’m really excited.”

When asked what their theme song is, she said she had no idea, but probably something like the Andy Griffith theme song.

It’s all kind of vague and doesn’t give us a whole lot, but it’s something. Are you excited about WandaVision? Watch the video below and let me know if you could derive anything else from the interview. WandaVision will launch on Disney+ November 12th.
