Elsa Embraces Her Powers to Save Her Home in New Trailer for Disney's FROZEN 2

Disney has released another trailer for Frozen 2, and it offers up more new footage from Elsa and Anna’s epic magical adventure. In the story, Elsa will fully embrace her powers in an effort to save her home of Arendelle after she and her family and friends learn that the kingdom is not safe.

I have no doubt that this is going to be a huge hit for Disney. It looks like it’ll be a solid sequel, and I’m kinda looking forward to seeing how this story is going to play out. This is a great group of characters, and it’ll be fun to see them on the big screen again on a new journey.

Here’s the synopsis for the film:

Why was Elsa born with magical powers? What truths about the past await Elsa as she ventures into the unknown to the enchanted forests and dark seas beyond Arendelle? The answers are calling her but also threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven, she’ll face a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough.

The film sees the return of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad in the lead roles. They will also be joined by Alfred Molina as Elsa and Anna’s father, King Agmar; Martha Plimpton as a queen of a nomadic tribe, Yelana; Jason Ritter as a character named Ryder; and Rachel Matthews as a member of the Northuldra, Honeymaren.

Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee are directing the film, which arrives in theaters on November 22, 2019.
