AVENGERS: ENDGAME Appears to Be Stan Lee's Final Cameo
Stan Lee was such an icon for geeks. Then, when comic book movies were being made, he made cameos in them starting with the X-Men films. This little tradition carried on until he passed away last year.
Many were relieved to hear that Lee had already filmed a couple of cameos for upcoming Marvel films and it looks like we now know when his final cameo will be seen. While the opening to Captain Marvel was beautiful and almost had me crying, it was not Lee’s last outing.
It seems that honor belongs to Avengers: Endgame. I can’t think of a more fitting final appearance than the close of a 22-movie saga. The revelation came from Joe Russo at the Marvel Anthem launch in India:
“I believe that his final cameo is in Endgame. I don’t remember if he was well enough to do the cameo in [Far From Home] or not.”
