Enjoy Talented Cosplayers in New Quarantine Music Video
Because of COVID-19 most, if not all, of the conventions are canceling. This is giving many fans and friends fewer opportunities to get together and enjoy one another’s company. Well, M’Guphynn Media decided that they were going to enlist cosplayers in a special project and created a Quarantine Cosplay Music Video for fans to enjoy. This is a great way to still enjoy cosplay and to possibly get some added recognition. The group released this statement:
With events being postponed due to COVID19, included San Diego Comic-Con, our hopes for Calgary Expo this year faded. As we waited at home, the team at M’Guphynn Media came up with an idea ‘outside the box.’ What if we let the Cosplayers come to us? In April we asked Cosplayers to submit their Quarantine Cosplay Videos and the response was amazing.
This video is very special to us as we would have loved to see all of our Cosplay Family at Calgary Expo this year. The Calgary Expo’s decision to postpone until next year was the right one but we were still saddened we wouldn’t get to connect in person with the lovely people we sometimes only get to see once or twice a year.
We have no doubt that Calgary Expo 2021 will be bigger and better in every way and we look forward to seeing all of you there.
A huge thanks to all the Cosplayers who submitted their phenomenal cosplay. We had so much fun checking some surprise pet cosplay too.
