Entertaining Trailer for the NYC-Set Dramedy NOTICE TO QUIT
Whiskey Creek has released a trailer for the New York City-set dramedy titled Notice to Quit, and it looks like a great little film!
The story follows a failing father who attempts to salvage some semblance of paternal standing while being fully exposed for the fraud that he is.
Michael Zegen (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) plays Andy Singer, “a resilient yet struggling New York City rental agent ironically caught in the midst of his own eviction crisis. As his world begins crashing down around him, his estranged 10-year-old daughter, Anna (Kasey Bella Suarez), appears unannounced on his doorstep just as he's being thrown out of his apartment.
The movie comes from writer and director Simon Hacker, who is making his feature directorial debut. The movie was shot on 35mm film around NYC, and the story takes place over the course of a summer day.
The movie also stars Kasey Bella Suarez, Isabel Arraiza, Eric Berryman, and Michael Angelo Covino.
Notice to Quit will be released in theaters on September 27th, 2024.
