European Yugitubers Reveal Key Cards from TOON CHAOS
Konami is getting ready to launch the new Toon Chaos booster pack for Yu-Gi-Oh! in a couple of weeks. This set main not be a main set (so get ready for more Rares), but it’s going to bolster Toon decks and Chaos decks. Konami Europe teamed up with some prominent Yugitubers to reveal some of the upcoming cards. Fans are loving what they’re seeing except for one thing, Toon Kingdom is not getting a reprint in this set (it’s hopefully coming next month in Legendary Duelists: Season 1 though).
The revealed cards include Toon Black Luster Soldier which will let you banish any card on the field as long as you have Toon World, Sublimation Knight which seems to be bringing in new support for Gemini monsters, Immortal Phoenix Gearfried which can negate monster effects at the cost of an Equip Card, and The Chaos Creator which is like The Creator but cooler. Of course, there are plenty of other cool cards being released in the set. I’ve tried to compile tweets with all the news from YuGiOh News on Twitter and big shout out to them and MrebornOh, FarfaYGO, Yubel_YukiYGO, TeamExceedYGO, TheDuelistDojo, renebrain, VulkanosYT, RevzCardsUK, kingofgamesud, and anyone else who was lucky enough to be a part of this. I think this was an awesome move by Konami, and I hope they continue to work with the community to do cool things like this in the future.
I will say that a lot of the cards revealed seem so random and don’t seem to fit the theme of the set. What do you think?
Toon Chaos is set to release in North America on June 19 and Europe on June 18.
