EVIL DEAD BURN Is Coming to Halloween Horror Nights and It Will Be a Deadite-Filled Nightmare
Evil Dead Burn is joining this year’s Halloween Horror Nights lineup, giving fans the chance to walk straight into the nightmare when the attraction opens at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.
The haunted house debuts on Aug. 28 in Orlando and Sept. 3 in Hollywood, putting guests right in the middle of the terrifying events of the new film before it even has much time to settle into horror history.
According to Universal, the experience begins at the Price family’s secluded vacation home deep in the woods.
From there, things spiral into pure chaos as guests make their way through the house, coming face to face with vicious Deadites lurking around every corner. If that sounds stressful, that’s exactly the point.
The attraction is inspired by Evil Dead Burn, which hit theaters on July 24. Directed and co-written by Sébastien Vaniček, the film serves as the sixth entry in the Evil Dead franchise and the third standalone story following 2013’s Evil Dead and 2023’s Evil Dead Rise.
The movie stars Souheila Yacoub, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Tandi Wright, and George Pullar. Franchise creator Sam Raimi returns as a producer alongside Rob Tapert through Ghost House Pictures, while Bruce Campbell and Evil Dead Rise director Lee Cronin serve as executive producers.
Evil Dead Burn joins an already awesome lineup for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. As previously announced, Ryan Coogler‘s Sinners will also receive its own haunted house, transporting guests back to the film’s Juke Joint, where they’ll find themselves hunted by the sinister red-eyed vampires Remmick, Bert, and Joan.
Fans can also expect to encounter familiar characters from the movie, including Sammie, Mary, Annie, Pearline, and Cornbread as they fight to survive the night.
Universal has also revealed haunted houses based on Hellraiser and one final adventure set in the world of Stranger Things, making this year’s event one of the most exciting lineups horror fans have seen in a while.
Halloween Horror Nights runs on select nights at Universal Orlando Resort from Aug. 28 through Nov. 1 and at Universal Studios Hollywood from Sept. 3 through Nov. 1.
Universal says even more haunted houses and additional event experiences will be announced soon, so there’s still plenty left to look forward to.
If Evil Dead Burn delivers the same level of blood-soaked terror that the franchise is known for, this haunted house could easily become one of the standout attractions of Halloween Horror Nights 2026.
It certainly sounds like Deadite fans are in for one hell of a night.
