EVIL DEAD Star Jane Levy To Star in New NBC Series ZOEY'S EXTRAORDINARY PLAYLIST

Paul Feig is serving as an executive producer for a new show from Austin Winsberg called Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist and it has recently been revealed that Jane Levy will star as Zoey. Here’s a quick description of the show:

“Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist is an innovative musical dramedy set in motion when the whip-smart but socially awkward Zoey (Levy) starts hearing people’s thoughts expressed as songs, or sometimes full musical numbers. She is able to use her “gift” not only to help herself understand people in her own life, but also to help others around her.”

As you can probably tell, the show is set to be a musical comedy-drama, or dramedy. Richard Shepard has also been brought onboard as director and executive producer for the pilot ordered by NBC. This sounds like it could either be a lot of fun or grow old really quick. Hopefully, it’s the former.
