Netflix has shared the full trailer for Castlevania Season 3, and if you’re a fan of the first two seasons of the animated series, you’re definitely going to like what you see in this trailer. If you haven’t watched the show yet… what are you waiting for!?
This next season will consist of 10 episodes this time around and as you’ll see, this upcoming season is going to be filled with all kinds of bloody violence and crazy horror. This next season seriously looks like it’s going to be wicked fun!
Here’s the synopsis for the series:
Inspired by the classic video game series, Castlevania is a dark medieval fantasy following the last surviving member of the disgraced Belmont clan, trying to save Eastern Europe from extinction at the hand of Vlad Dracula Tepe himself. The animated series is from Frederator Studios, a Wow! Unlimited Media company, written by best-selling author and comic book icon Warren Ellis.
At the end of the second season, Belmont and his team sent Dracula to the grave once and for all. With Dracula gone, there are other vampires who are looking to take advantage of his absence, and Belmont, Alucard, and Sypha still have some major vampire issues to deal with.
The series stars Richard Armitage as Trevor Belmont, Alejandra Reynoso as Sypha Belnades, and James Callis as Alucard. The series is set to return on March 5th. Enjoy the trailer!
