Exciting New Trailer For THE DARK TOWER Offers Some Fresh Footage!

Another new trailer has been released for The Dark Tower and it's loaded with some cool new footage! The movie is a continuation of the story from Stephen King's Dark Tower book series which follows Roland Deschain (Idris Elba), Mid-World’s last gunslinger, who has been locked in an eternal battle with Walter O’Dim, also known as the Man in Black (Matthew McConaughey), determined to prevent him from toppling the Dark Tower, which holds the universe together.

I think the movie looks like it has the potential to be a great film! I love all of the footage that I've seen from it so far, and I'm super excited to see how the next chapter of The Dark Tower saga plays out.

The film is being directed by Nikolaj Arcel and it also stars Tom Taylor as Jake Chambers, Abbey Lee (Mad Max: Fury Road) as Tirana; Fran Kranz (The Cabin in the Woods) as Pimli, the right hand man of Randall Flagg; Jackie Earle Haley (Watchmen); Katheryn Winnick (Vikings) and Claudia Kiim (Avengers: Age of Ultron).

The Dark Tower hits theaters this summer on August 4, 2017.
