Exclusive: Tweety Bird Learns He's Royalty in Clip for KING TWEETY Animated Movie
The classic Looney Tunes character Tweety Bird is celebrating his 80th anniversary! What better way to celebrate him than a full-length animated film where he becomes a king. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is releasing King Tweety tomorrow on DVD and Digital and we’ve got an exclusive clip. In the movie, Tweety will become the king of an island paradise and in the clip we have, we’re told how the canary, Sylvester, and Granny come to find that the bird is royalty.
Tweety’s large and in charge as he takes the throne in this zany new, full-length movie. When the queen of an island paradise disappears, Tweety unexpectedly becomes next in line for the crown. His Little Highness’ entourage includes motorbike daredevil Granny and sly Sylvester, whose allegiance is tested when he uncovers a sinister plot to eliminate Tweety for good! Feathers and fur will fly in this hilarious story that proves royalty – and loyalty – can come in many shapes and sizes.

Careen Ingle directed and produced the film which features a story by Erik Adolphson and teleplay by Ingle.
