Explore a Horror-Filled Hospital in DUNGEONS & DRAGONS with THE FALL OF HATZIMVAS HOSPITAL

Most of the time when I find horror adventures for Dungeons & Dragons they happen at a circus, a haunted mansion/house, a creepy island, etc. The Fall of Hatzimvas Hospital by Mitchell DeFauw might be the first that I’ve seen set in a hospital. Your group of level four adventurers will investigate Hatzimvas Hospital after losing contact with it and horrors will be found. This is a one-shot which makes it great for a quick run through this month.

After General Vladeska Drakov, Falkovnia’s militaristic ruler, loses contact with Hatzimvas Hospital outside the capitol’s walls, she gathers a group of capable soldiers to investigate what has happened. Little do these soldiers know that the horror waiting for them is the result brought about by the decisions of General Drakov herself, creating a disaster that the teetering domain may not be able to meet. Can the characters stop the undead threat there, and what powerful enemies do they risk making even if they do?
