Extended TV Spot for Danny Boyle's STEVE JOBS
"Artists lead and hacks ask for a show of hands."
An extended TV spot has been released for Danny Boyle and Michael Fassbender's Steve Jobs. This looks like a great film that is going to offer interesting insight into the life of a man who helped change the world. The spot offers a glimpse at several of the issues that Jobs faced in his journey, including being voted out of his own company, the drama involving his daughter, and more.
Set backstage at three iconic product launches and ending in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac, Steve Jobs takes us behind the scenes of the digital revolution to paint an intimate portrait of the brilliant man at its epicenter.
The movie was written by Aaron Sorkin and is based on the Walter Isaacson biography of the Apple founder. The movie also stars Kate Winslet as Joanna Hoffman, former marketing chief of Macintosh. Steve Wozniak, who co-founded Apple, is played by Seth Rogen. Jeff Daniels stars as former Apple CEO John Sculley, Katherine Waterston as Chrisann Brennan, Jobs’ ex-girlfriend, and Michael Stuhlbarg as Andy Hertzfeld, one of the original members of the Apple Macintosh development team.
A lot of talented people came together to make this movie, and it looks like it's going to be worth checking out. Steve Jobs will be released in theaters on October 9th.
