Fan-Made VHS-Style Trailer For Tim Burton's BATMAN 3 with Billy Dee Williams as Two-Face
I’d like to believe that there’s an alternate universe where Tim Burton actually ended up making his third Batman movie. But, in this reality, Warner Bros. ditched Burton and his vision for Batman 3 in favor of Joel Schumacher's Batman Forever. The studio actually offered Michael Keaton $15 million dollars to reprise his role as the Dark Knight in the film, but he turned it down.
One thing that Burton was planning for his Batman 3 is Billy Dee Williams would have gone full-on Two-Face, the villainous alter ego of his district attorney Harvey Dent. Today we have a fan-made trailer to share with you for Batman 3, that puts a focus on this storyline, and it’s done in the style of an old VHS tape.
The video was created by YouTuber solyentbrak1, and it even imagines Marlon Wayans as Robin, which is another storyline that never happened.
There is a comic book that was published by DC titled Batman ‘89 that continues the story Burton wanted to tell if you’re interested!
