Fan Trailer Imagines a MATRIX Sequel That Focuses on Agent Smith

Here’s a fun fan-made trailer for a sequel to The Matrix that would put a focus on Agent Smith. It’s titled The Matrix: Smith Remembers, and it’s actually a pretty interesting concept. I was always interested in Hugo Weaving’s Agent Smith and it would have been interesting to see his side of the story told in more detail. It’s a cool concept!

The fan trailer incorporates various clips from a few recent films starring Hugo Weaving, as well as audio from The Matrix: Resurrections trailer to create the new concept. I like it and this is the pitch that was shared: "The story follows Agent Smith somehow reprogrammed to be a normal civilian in The Matrix as he slowly remembers his past and gets his powers back."
