Fear Turns Men Into Monsters in Creepy New Trailer For IT COMES AT NIGHT
A fantastically creepy new trailer has been released for the intense-looking phycological horror thriller It Comes At night. The film made its World Premiere at The Overlook Film Festival this weekend and it was met with a lot of great reviews. It looks like this is a great movie that's worth checking out, especially if you're a horror movie fan! Following the premiere of the film, the trailer was released, which you can watch below.
The movie comes from acclaimed filmmaker Trey Edward Schults (Krisha) and it has a great cast that includes Joel Edgerton, Riley Keough (Mad Max: Fury Road), Christopher Abbott (A Most Violent Year), Kelvin Harrison Jr. (The Birth of a Nation) and Carmen Ejogo (Alien: Covenant).
Imagine the end of the world — now imagine something worse. Award-winning filmmaker Trey Edward Shults follows his incredible debut feature Krisha with It Comes At Night, a horror film following a man (Joel Edgerton) as he learns that the evil stalking his family home may be only a prelude to horrors that come from within.
Secure within a desolate home as an unnatural threat terrorizes the world, the tenuous domestic order he has established with his wife and son is put to the ultimate test with the arrival of a desperate young family seeking refuge.
Despite the best intentions of both families, paranoia and mistrust boil over as the horrors outside creep ever-closer, awakening something hidden and monstrous within him as he learns that the protection of his family comes at the cost of his soul.
It Comes at Night opens in theaters on June 9, 2017 and I can't wait to see it!
