Final Trailer for Jason Statham's Action Thriller A WORKING MAN
Amazon MGM Studios has released the final trailer Jason Statham’s upcoming kickass action thriller A Working Man, which comes from director David Ayer (End of Watch, Sabotage, Fury, Suicide Squad).
Look, I enjoy a good Jason Statham action movie, but when you keep getting the same film over and over again it starts to get stale. While the movie looks like fun, it’s also going to give us more of the same of the action star beating the hell out of a bunch of bad guys. I guess that’s all audiences need sometimes.
In the story, Statham plays Levon Cade, who left his profession behind as a an ex-black ops agent to work construction and be a good dad to his daughter.
But when a local girl vanishes, he returns embrace his deadly skills that made him a mythic figure in the shadowy world of counter-terrorism.
It’s explained that “Levon is forced to use his old set of skills to find his boss's teenage daughter and soon uncovers a criminal conspiracy that has the potential to wreak havoc on Levon's peaceful life.”
The movie is based on the book Levon's Trade written by Chuck Dixon, and it also stars David Harbour, Michael Peña, Jason Flemyng, and Arianna Rivas as Jenny.
Statham and Ayer previously worked together on The Beekeeper last year. A Working Man will be released theaters starting March 28th, 2025.
