The first clip for Kevin Smith’s Jay and Silent Bob Reboot was shared by Jason Mewes during the 45th Saturn Awards. That clip has found its way online, and it features Supergirl star Melissa Benoist as Chronic having a little dispute with Val Kilmer's Bluntman.

In the clip, Jay and Silent Bob are watching a scene from the Bluntman and Chronic reboot. It’s pretty silly but fun, and fans of Smith and these characters are sure to enjoy it. Check it out!

When previously sharing details on the film’s story, Smith explained:

If you remember Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, it was a movie in which Jay and Silent Bob found out Hollywood was making a movie about them so they went cross country to Hollywood to stop that from happening. Jay and Silent Bob Reboot is completely fucking different. In Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, Jay and Silent Bob find out that Hollywood is making a reboot of that old movie that they had made about them, and they have to go cross the country to Hollywood to stop it all over again. it’s literally the same fucking movie all over again. It’s a movie that makes fun of sequels and remakes and reboots while being all three at the same time.

Jay and Silent Bob Reboot also stars Joe Manganiello (True Blood), Craig Robinson (The Office), Frankie Shaw (SMILF), Justin Long (Tusk), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), and Jordan Monsanto, who is a producer of several of Smith’s film projects. Method Man and Redman. Shannon Elizabeth, Jason Biggs, Rosario Dawson, and Molly Shannon will also be in the film. Then there are Flash stars Grant Gustin, Tom Cavanagh, and Carlos Valdes.

Jay and Silent Bob Reboot bows October 15th.
